Kru Live promotes client services director to MD Friday 11th July


Sarah-Jane Benham, Client Services Director at Kru Live the Promotional and Event Staffing Specialist agency has been promoted to Managing Director with immediate effect. Sarah-Jane will oversee all project-based work at a top level, in line with client expectations, as well as sales and marketing. She will also be the first point of contact for new business.

Tom Eatenton steps into the role of Chief Executive to explore international opportunities for the agency including their entertainment division, Kru Talent, as part of his role, with the outlook of expanding the business. Tom Eatenton commented: “Sarah-Jane has been a determined and committed part of Kru Live since she worked for us in the field on our clients’ campaigns up until 2010. In just 4 years her career path blossomed to account Manager – notably commencing and developing our relationship with Havas Worldwide one of most regular and valued clients, to client services director winning significant project wins across multiple agencies that has contributed considerably to the development of our business and infrastructure to date – she also found time recently to get married and is a keen member of both ISES and The Marketing Society.”

Tom added: “SJ, is respected by our clients, our competitors and of course the entire team here at Kru Live and Kru Talent, and in terms of her position she has developed an understanding of our industry and markets that is second to none. I know that combined with the keen attention to detail and process adopted by our delivery team headed up by Ben Christie, our group account director, we are in a great position to grow and continue delivering a leading and valued staffing resource. My new role of CEO will support Sarah-Jane and the team and will capitalise on the success of Vicki Robey and her team in Kru Talent, our entertainment division. I will also be looking at some exciting international opportunities in more detail.
