Kru Live were appointed by the agency Space and People Plus to provide Brand Ambassadors for a new product launch by Vidal Sassoon- A professional home colourant hair dye kit, with 24 shades launched across the UK in retail stores.

The campaign aimed to communicate to their target audience (women aged 35+ who dye their hair) that professional colour can be done at home using their product.

Our team which consisted of one event manager and 6 brand ambassadors were tasked with engaging with consumer in a fun and educational way which ensured as many people as possible:

• Engaged with the branded app that allowed consumers to take a photo of themselves and digitally change their hair colour.
• Email and share on social media their app experience with a before and after photo
• Print out their before and after picture to take home
• Be given their desired swatch colour to encourage the product being purchased

Training for the brand ambassadors was provided which included having their hair styled, dyed and cut by a Vidal Sassoon Atelier stylist.

Our Brand Ambassadors exceeded their daily key performance indicators of:
• Interacted with 1,200 consumers
• 432 consumers participated with the Vidal Sassoon Salonist app
• 300 people entered into the prize draw
