During The British Summertime Festival, Sony Entertainment Network had an exclusive stage for their music streaming service-Music Unlimited. Consumers who created a playlist or entered a competition were rewarded with the opportunity for an intimate concert experience with artists such as The Kills and Stooshe. Kru Live brand ambassadors were given the task of encouraging attendants in signing up for a free 30 day trial of the Music Unlimited service in order to gain access to their secret stage.


We recruited a team of eight brand ambassadors and one team leader who had previous experience with Sony or PS4.

Increased brand reach by driving festival attendees through the Music Unlimited stage.

Using a range of devices, brand ambassadors interacted with attendees in demonstrating how to use Music Unlimited.


Brand ambassadors increased awareness of Music Unlimited.

Through experience and education the brand activation strengthened their entertainment positioning.
