Independent marketing agency Bright Partnerships Worldwide appointed Kru Live to provide a team of enthusiastic brand ambassadors for the DHL Rugby World Cup #ScrumShareWin Competition.

As Official Logistics Partner of Rugby World Cup 2015, DHL held 70 activations at 19 venues across 11 cities in England and Cardiff where fans had the opportunity to take part in the competition.

Kru Live selected a team of energetic and outgoing rugby fan brand ambassadors to engage with fans at each venue and encourage them to take part in the social media campaign.

Fans had 2 ways to enter the competition; through the DHL Scrum Challenge at all Twickenham matches, Cardiff, Wembley & Olympic Park Fanzones or through the DHL Scrum Photo Opportunity at all other stadiums, Richmond and Newcastle Fanzones.

Participants were asked to take scrum photos and share them with the hashtag #ScrumShareWin on Twitter to validate their entries.

Our brand ambassadors were also tasked to distribute customisable DHL clapper banners across all matches to ensure good visibility of the brand.
