Kru Live were tasked to provide a team of 14 hosts at this very corporate high level event. It was important that the hostesses selected were all smartly presented and used to c-level events and management.
Their individual input, attitude and enthusiasm was key. Our team were the first point of contact for the very senior delegates attending. Therefore it was vital our team had good basic knowledge of all elements of the event as delegates regularly asked questions regarding the programme timings, London etc.


Our team of 14 attended a detailed training day run by the Jack Morton where they were briefed on their individual roles and expectations. Our hosts were tasked with airport collections, hospitality desk management, people flow, guest transfers, gala dinner hostesses and conference hostesses.
