HR Tech Europe is Europe’s most imperative event on how software, technology systems and collaborative tools are dramatically changing the way in which people and organisations work. The event was held in The Excel London Exhibition and Convention Centre, where 1000 HR & IT directors attended. Kru Live were asked to provide friendly and professional mind-set hostesses to execute various roles.


Through our thorough booking process, we selected 15 hostesses suitable for the two day event.

Training on site was provided the day before the event.

Registering of delegates at the start of the event, providing them with lanyards, bags and name badges.

Acting as ‘Live Signage’ for the brand, hostesses directed delegates to particular areas of the event.


900 delegates were registered within the first few hours of the conference opening.
