Amplify created The ‘Love Exchange’, a physical platform where passengers were encouraged to perform acts of affection in exchange for upgrades and romantic weekends away. The more passionate the act of love the bigger the prize! On Valentine’s Day itself, special ‘Love Booths’ were installed in London, Paris and Brussels; allowing passengers to create cheeky, or romantic personalised picture messages that they could instantly upload to social media or take away with them ensuring the Eurostar Valentine’s Day message was spread organically.


Kru Live provided a team of bi- lingual Love Ambassadors. Their roles were to engage with members of public and to encourage participation


The campaign proved a benchmark success for Eurostar, both on the ground with consumer satisfaction and engagement levels
