We were tasked to recruit two separate teams of 15 male and female staff for two events one in Broadgate the second at the Moto GP event in Silverstone. All staff needed to be of Oriental, Asian or Australian ethnicity with modelling experience to fit with the brand's image and flight destinations. The events were also modelled around these destinations with various areas featuring cuisines, drinks and talents from these countries. Thai massage, Australian Wine tasting, Malaysian cooking & Chinese writing were among those present. Visitors were given a ‘boarding pass’ that had a call to action and an individual code that could be entered into on-site computers to register and discover instantly if they had won a prize.

Kru Live do not use the well known staffing sites and only supply staff that are recruited and vetted by us so the booking team set to work and used their great knowledge of the database and are recently designed and updated filtering system to efficiently select and confirm those on our books they knew were suitable and appointed scouts to source the remainder of the perfect team. We held castings and introduced the team to Carlson at an internal briefing day. The activity was agreed, booked and carried out within two weeks; a very short notice period. 

The quality of the brand ambassadors was demonstrated in the fantastic results achieved and their appearance and relevance to the brief. All targets were met and the team were all commended for arriving on time at a very early hour to meet the team transport that we organised to take them to the event in Silverstone. 
The same agency team organised hotels and logistics at the client’s request, this was provided as a value-added service within the staffing agreement as well as overseeing the staff briefing and the event itself in the field.
