Briefing and Training
Good communication and attention to detail
We brief our staff fully with street map links, directions, clothing requirements and any other important information, there is also an option for you to include additional briefing information. Kru Live will call staff and ensure all briefing has been read and reconfirm hours and dates.
We recommended to have staff training/briefing sessions where necessary, which we are happy to conduct and recommend client inclusion.
Staff Selection

We work as your staffing partner to find exactly the right staffing solutions for you. Our unique Staff Database system searches by skill set, geographical location, age, physical attributes and experience to fit client briefs. We also take pride in our personal knowledge and relationships with all our staff allowing us to excel at meeting your requirements. Methods such as Kru cards, personal interviews and training days are all offered as part of the service. We are proud to be great at what we do, if on the rare occasion you feel our suggested staff are not right, just say and we will offer alternative suggestions!

We understand our staff members strengths and on what campaigns they are best suited, additionally we regularly use the same trusted staff. Our booking and payment processes are consistent and straightforward. We keep constant communication with our staff through a monthly newsletter, text system and phone. Incentives are offered through a staff member of the month competition with bonuses paid to our best performing EM’s & staff. Staff feedback to us on every activity allowing us to continually improve and develop our relationships. It is this attention to detail that helps us get the best results from our staff, which in turn mean they work harder for you.
